This mod stops the audio when the advisors talk in the management screens. The text still comes up in the advisor box and speech will still be heard when they talk on the Globe screen. I've tested each screen but I'm not sure if the method used to do this is safe so please be cautious and safe often.

Kudos to both modders! You've just made a bunch of AL gamers very very happy. No more wanting to punch out the monitor due to those highly annoying and repetitive boss suggestions.

personally they don't bother me...
