 Combat detection devices, do they work? |

I have a question regarding the portable detection devices, such as binoculars or the portable radar.
Do they work? How are this deviced supposed to work? I'm don't know if this is modified somehow by the ALTR mod, I didn't used this items when I played the vanilla game. Any help will be appreciated, thanks. |
