Hi.

ACM is a conversion mod that introduces a lot of changes into original UFO AS gameplay. The main features of ACM are:

1. a lot of new items: glock 19 and usp pistols, ump45 and fn p90 smgs, usas and striker shotguns, scar-l/h rifles, svd, m249, rg6, new set of gauss weapons, stimulators as armor addons and many other weapons and items.
2. techtree was reworked to increase time which player needs to get basic firearms, grenades and other advanced weapons.
3. replaced models for ALL human weapons. New textures for laputian, local human and cultist armors.
4. new firing sounds and projectile effects.
5. factions use all new weapons, cultists can be accompanied by drones, their cyborgs use wargot weapons and heavy weapons (such as browning h2 machinegun or minigun!). Factions squads were increased a bit.
6. reworked experience. Soldiers now gain experience mainly for killing enemies rather than simply participating in mission.
7. militia barracks were reworked. There are now three types of barracks - one for soldiers with basic firearms and gauss weapons, one for energy-based weapons and one for support weapons (launchers, sniper rifles, mgs etc). There is also a drone hangar building that adds drones to militia!

You can find more about this mod and download it here.

Hey Okim, Glad to see you've worked as hard on this game as you have for SotS. As much as I love your SotS mod, I'm downloading this now to give it a run. Looks really good. I appreciate your dedication to the modding communities of the games you play. I will get back to you on this once I have played through it a bit. Will take a while though. Internet in Iraq sucks. Bad.

Hi, I'm from Russia, I installed this mod. and the ability to problem with localization. If I want to use this mod then I have English in the game = (
I have not translated modification in Russian, but I made a tool that it will help =)
UFOfoxar
Here's how to use it. After unpacking the archive, we have two files (foxar1.exe and foxar2.exe) and one folder (source).
To the game was your native language and modification do not show this "562:: SHORT_NAME" to do so:
1) open LocalizationPack.vfs of modification
and there find the file "pack.txt"
2) Copy it to the folder where we are located foxar1.exe, foxar2.exe
3) open LocalizationPack.vfs of game
and there find the file "pack.txt"
4) This file was renamed "Lok.txt" and copy the folder where we are located foxar1.exe, foxar2.exe
5) Run foxar1.exe
6) Run foxar2.exe

then you should have files:
pack.txt - this file is copied to LocalizationPack.vfs of game
mismatch.txt - contains pointers to rows of pack.txt which should translate

I apologize for my English)) Thank you for your attention

Hello Okim

First of all thank you for the ACM AS.
Will this mod run nicely with assault mod or heroic assault mod? I seriously need more enemies to kill.

Thank you again for the ACM AS
